The "Caps Lock" key is on the left side of the board, just above the "Shift" key. Please push it. I can't understand anything because you're SCREAMING!!!

It's a done deal, Chuck. You're stuck with Zell. Zell is a lot like Bush II because he wants you to think that he's a regular guy, but you'll find out that he's anything but. Also, one has to ask why he bothered with the Tribune at his age and at a time when he has several times the money he could ever need. My personal opinion is that he's not in it for the money or to support excellence in journalism. I think that his motivation is right out of an Orwell novel. It's having power over others that drives him. The drive to make money is just a red herring. Read about him and his actions -- it's all on the net -- and you'll see that he'll roll over anyone to get his way. Just as George Carlin says in his act, "There's a club in America, and you ain't a member." Sam and the Bush family are members, and they want one thing: More. They get more, and you get less. Partners, ha! Talk to Sam is nothing more than a way for him to size up the kill. Your union is your only hope. Make it work for yourself and your fellow employees.

“Well I don’t know about you but I don’t have the desire to cut my throat or the throats of anybody else.”

Then why do you want to run the company? Tough times require tough decisions! I’m sure that you have made and are making, some tough decisions in your own “family finances” when what is going out is less than what is coming in!

But than again maybe you don’t believe newspapers are going through some tough times right now! If that’s the case, get your head out of the sand!

Why don't you help solve the problem rather than being part of the problem.

Give your input, it won't hurt and at the very least you can say that you tried to help solve the problem.

Mr c.reney

Thanks for turning off the "Caps Lock."

Where did you think the money came from for those pool tables? It came from our budget. Now, just like at home, you have to decide what you're going to give up to pay for the damn things.

lolol Well just like at home if I came home to something I couldnt afford or the price was too high.It would be on its way back already . Nice try .

yes and I guess the company says they cant afford all of us anymore because of money and some of us will be going back.

For your consideration:

Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.
Winston Churchill

Baseball is a game, yes. It is also a business. But what it most truly is is disguised combat. For all its gentility, its almost leisurely pace, baseball is violence under wraps.
Willie Mays
Now that's balls!

You win. You're right. I have to admit it.

You have the balls of an elephant to actually sign your name to some of the the things you write.
