To be chastised by senior management daily, and challenged by HR every time you discipline pressroom employees. Plus don’t forget, baby sitting the remaining pressroom men and women, with the reward never having a holiday or weekend off. Been there done that position for over 16 years, good luck filling that spot.

senior management/hr probly worked together to make it miserable for lower management also, hoping you would leave and then they bring in someone else to work for less or not even fill position in dying times of newspaper
