Woodward to use Vision Total Advertising Systems: Vision Total Advertising’s 70+ user system includes company-wide CRM, accounting, individual sales rep and management real-time dashboards, page layout and pagination functionality, as well as the VisionWeb Suite, which includes an internet classified ad placement system, a commercial account management system and a remote sales manager. The remote manager gives reps remote access to full live information on their own accounts. Reps will review activity, post payments, enter new prospects, submit ads and artwork without needing to return to the office. Reps can use an i-Pad or Android, smart phone, laptop, or the customer’s computer to access the sales manager remotely.
