Hi Jess whats up!!!!... just a lil reminder too get use to being "tired " it a normal thing around here at "OLY" it's something we here got " use too" not like those presses at SFV
( those calves are sure gonna get a workout !! LOL )
Hey, how's it going? I have to admit I was pretty damned tired the first two or three weeks here at Oly. I don't feel too bad now, either I'm becoming acclimated, or things are just getting easier; another bright note, I've lost a few pounds on those "big blue stairmasters".
