Good Obituary

Hats off to Elaine Woo who wrote a gorgeous and heartfelt obituary in the LA Times today on poet Stanley Kunitz. Her writing brings back the Times. If you haven't read poetry (and I swear if you read my blog, eventually I'll get you to do so), his poems are a wonderful place to start.
Here's an excerpt from his poem,
"Touch Me"
What makes the engine go?
Desire, desire, desire.
The longing for the dance
stirs in the buried life.
