Heart In Hand



My new blog entry is up. It's about finding your wandering spirit.
I have a cast, a screw and rod in my foot. It hurts! I went to work last week and it was a mistake. So I'm still off. I read a lot, watch a few movies and order all my groceries from Vons online!

    Ouch! So sorry about your injury; I hope you heal quickly and completely. Trying to stay cool in this weather is bad enough without all the extra stuff you're going through. After my back surgery, I listened to Hawaiian music non-stop. It made me relax and feel rested. Maybe it'll work for you, too.
