Everyone from both pressrooms are curious at what happens next since the employees voted in favor of union representation won the election last Saturday.
The next step is to fill in your survey, which will be mailed to your home, and return to the negotiator listed on the survey. David Rascon gave me a sample survey, but I am unable at this time to duplicate for posting on the blog.
The survey will cover topics such as wages, working conditions, health care benefits, and anything else that is important to employees and their families.
