Cost Cutting Measures at Olympic


As costs are trimmed we see many changes at our workplace, like the van security once used at the left.









Was replaced by what I assumed was an electric vehicle, actually has what sounds like a lawnmower engine powering it, for security to patrol the grounds with at Olympic.

    Why does security need the Windstar to drive around the property,Its not as if they have very far to drive. The electric go cart is just fine,and if it is raining than they should take there unbrella. The van seems a bit excessive to just make a circle around the building.

    Maybe they are giving it to the new publisher and taking away his car allowance.

    Ed, when I was at Oly the security personnel used a bicycle to patrol the facility. I think they were in better shape then.

    Rumor has it, a security guard had an accident while patrolling on a bicycle, and sued the company.
