Goodbye Earthlink

The outage I experienced with Earthlink last weekend was much broader than I had understood, seems it was a nationwide outage. Oddly enough, Verizon shows up at my front door on Monday offering their new fiber optics, which I readily accepted. The problems with Earthlink are becoming much too frequent for my likes, and after a fourteen year run, it’s time for someone new to provide my Internet access.

As bad as aol is, I'll keep them for $14.95 rather than keep Earthlink or MSN which neither were exactly user friendly anyhow. I also objected to them censoring my incoming email messages, especially ones with files attached. Also had problems sending picture files to relatives also with Earthlink. So Earth to Earthlink, as Ricky Ricardo used to say"What hoppened?)
