Balance
What is your response when you feel that your life is out of balance? Is there a quickening of the pulse, a million things zooming through your mind, a sense that you can't get it everything done or meet anyone's expectations?
If you can identify your physical or emotional cues, then you can work toward balance. Life is a constant juggling act, what works one day might not work the next. So keep your eyes and your heart centered toward one central goal, and soon you'll know what to do when you feel yourself tipping to either side.
