3 reasons why OC should remain open.

Location: Proximity to the Beach is very relaxing and beneficial to the spirit. Creating a positive work environment.
Location: Being so close to the beach guarantees the temperature of the facility to be 10 to 15 degrees cooler than Down Town. Lower electric Bill
Location: With so many restaurants and shops, one can take care of all the errands at lunch without having to drive far.

Just an observation.

    - Tire dealers' revenue is dependent upon all the employee flat tires from driving past the pallet business

    - It is located in the very center of the non-English speaking capital of the United States

    - At night, the homeless depend on the parking lot lighting to read by
