As if the untimely passing of Actor/Comedian Bernie Mac werent enough, we now mourn the loss of another icon of entertainment, Sir Isaac Hayes. Isaac passed away this weekend, just one day after his friend and colleague, Bernie.Ironically, Bernie and Isaac recently worked together with Samuel Jackson on an upcoming film entitled "Soul Men", where Isaac plays himself.
Known as 'The Black Moses,' Isaac's work spanned decades and he has meant different things to many fans. Also known as the Father of 'Hot Buttered Soul,' his decades of music, film and television work, particularly as the voice of Chef on "South Park," will no doubt be dearly missed by millions.
R.I.P., Isaac.
