On Monday February 23rd, 2009 the men and women that print the Los Angeles Times gathered at Times Mirror Square to bring awareness to the anti-union practices the newspaper has been employing to punish the pressroom workers for voting the Teamsters into the workplace. In addition the California Labor Code had been completely disregarded once an employee set foot onto the Times property, a practice that has since been relaxed the past few weeks.
For now, we're opening this blog to Anonymous comments. This will continue as long as civility rules. Disagree as you may, just keep it clean and stay on topic. No profanity, and no name calling.
