After War: Writing & Reading

Here's my latest column on the subject of writing that appears weekly. I've had many soldiers write asking me about writing, and so it's always enjoyable to impart this information.

The Kitchen Dispatch: Part 3. After War: Writing & Reading:
"'There's no rule on how it is to write. Sometimes it comes easily and perfectly. Sometimes it is liked drilling rock and then blasting it out with charges.'
-Ernest Hemingway to Charles Poore, 1953."
