Tribune Company' missing memo from the CEO

Well I had planned to return to the Blogosphere with the memo from Tribune CEO Randy Michaels and COO Gerry Spector, but no one I have contacted has received a copy of this ghost memo yet. Most internal memo’s from the Los Angeles Times can be located on Kevin Roderick’ LAObserved, or Jim Romenesko’ Poytner Online, the memo in question is missing in action.

In Saturday’s Los Angeles Times, on page AA2, Michael Oneal writes”

"In a note to employees late Friday, Tribune Chief Executive Randy Michaels and
Chief Operating Officer Gerry Spector said they hoped the mediation succeeded.

But if it doesn't, they said, the Oaktree-Angelo plan's approach may provide
the next best alternative."

Michael, if you have a copy of this memo would you please share it with the remaining Tribune Employees please?
