Message from George Tedeschi, GCC President

Good Luck with the election. Let make sure you get out the vote. I just do not understand why anyone would give up their right to have a voice in there livelihoods where by law you can negotiate for wages and conditions of employment. Then you have the right to vote on them. Without the union the company and bosses decide everything for you without any worker input. Surly you have your own best interests at heart, not some corporate executive in Chicago . Without the seniority protection in your present contract many of you might not have survived the layoffs that happened these past years. Think smart and stay strong. Together working with the GCC/IBT you will be able to improve your contract. Vote Yes.

Fraternally,
George Tedeschi,
GCC President & IBT Vice President.
