I will be volunteering tomorrow to prepare food bags for unemployed union workers and their families from noon till 3PM and urge all my Brothers and Sisters to do likewise. This means you will sacrifice a little sleep and your time helping others with the payoff of feeling good aiding your fellow union members in need.
