A Film About the end of American Newspapers

BLACK AND WHITE AND DEAD ALL OVER

About the film

This film is an in-depth look at the newspaper industry’s struggle to remain financially viable and to keep the presses rolling. Using interviews with prominent journalists such as Bob Woodward and David Carr, we detail the industry’s financial death spiral as readers abandon print for online news sources. But if newspapers die, who will conduct investigative journalism that will hold public officials accountable?

Please feel free to share our trailer with others who are concerned about the state of investigative journalism in America and the future impact it will have on our democracy.
