Touching on elements of best practices, shortcuts, etiquette, privacy, and ways to avoid pitfalls, Martin and Tony will have tips for all levels of Twitter experience.

As digital journalists, they will also provide examples of how some of the best media outlets have done to use the most out of the versatile delivery source.
