ReplyDeleteHow come the Union hasn't been able to stop the Company from making any changes they like. The special crews have taken picks away. I heard the union won a grievance concerning these special crews and we would be able to pick on them. Nothing the union claims materializes. Just money down the tubes. Ronnie collects form our union and the fork lifters union. What a scam. Lee motivates his group of lame followers thinking he cares about them. His only whim is himself. We are screwed by both parties.

ReplyDeleteHistory lesson. The union said in 2006, if we don't get you more, we will leave. The union said we will save jobs. Over 300 when they came in, just over 100 today. The union folks said they would get more pressman on each press, what do we have today? 5. Now they are going to save our pay? Have they ever been right?
