LA Considers Ban on Feeding Homeless in Public

The City Council is considering a prohibition on feeding homeless people in public spaces, and now advocates for the homeless are planning to take to the streets in protest. Robert Kovacik reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Dec.10, 2013.

    well, if it was your neighborhood that they were hanging around waiting for food, begging u for change when u stepped outside, urinating around your house, house loosing its value, wouldnt u b upset. other areas like parks and churches 2 give out food would b a more practical place
