It's odd that the only hint that UNIONISTS bombed the Times was a camera shot of the poster with the Historical Headline. Another fact was that the State Building stood in that lot for many decades and was critically damaged by an earthquake and torn down.
This guy needs to do a little more research and get the WHOLE story instead of painting history with a quickie ad-lib glossing over important facts.
Just to add: The Times eagle the blogger referred to as the bird, is standing in the lobby of the Broadway and First Street entrance. At least it was there before the Times was sold out to the Tribune.
