We've surveyed 5,000 “connected consumers” age 18+ and interviewed industry leaders across five of the largest media markets in the world — the US, UK, France, Brazil and China.
From emerging patterns in ad blocking to the rise in smart speaker ownership, consumers are finding new ways to advance and evolve their media consumption. In trying to keep up, brands need to communicate with consumers in multiple ways.
The challenge is to sift through the mass of data to identify the truly valuable and insightful, and to underpin all communication planning with solid, consistent measurement. The momentum in the industry is towards integration — we need to work together to arrive there.
