PageSuite’s new Edition app is a fully-automated solution
that gives publishers the ability to create and launch multiple crafted
editions per day, one-off editions for special events or major news occurrences
or sponsored editions, according to the company.
Existing web content is taken directly from
the publisher’s website and fed directly into PageSuite’s system. At set times,
as dictated by the publisher, content is fed into templates to create the
curated edition. Publishers will be able to use this software to replace their
existing digital editions or to create extra editions, the company says. The
format can be integrated with PageSuite’s existing market-leading Replica
solution.
The Edition app can be fully automated, or, if
required, publishers are able to change templates or edit content, headlines
and images within the PageSuite Edition Portal and make changes that will
appear instantly within the app.
“We’re delighted to launch our new Edition
solution and as we have been working closely with several large publishing
groups during the development phase are confident that it’s a solution that
will help publishers to grow digital audiences and ultimately increase
revenue,” said Ross Murphy, CEO at PageSuite.
PageSuite, with headquarters in Kent , England
and office in Boston ,
expects to launch the first client app within the next month.
