agency AMR have chosen VoicePort to provide customer care with interactive
voice response system CircPort, according to VoicePort.
Deployed in geo redundant data centers and
using SIP technology, CircPort provides callers with self-service options and,
when contact with an agent is required, smart dynamic routing directs callers
to representatives knowledgeable about their product and service, according to
VoicePort.
“We needed the ability to provide customers
with the highest level of service while making it easy for them to quickly and
easily manage their subscriptions,” said Joe Cooper, AMR general
manager/Pacific Division. “VoicePort’s IVR is highly intuitive and our
expectation is to see an increase in customer satisfaction while protecting our
bottom line.”
