La Crosse paper to move printing to Madison


Starting Aug. 11, the River Valley Media Group, publisher of the La Crosse Tribune (Wisconsin), will move its printing to a Lee Enterprises-owned plant in Madison, the paper said.
Lee owns the paper.
The La Crosse press the paper is using now is old and has become hard to keep up due and find replacement parts for, the paper said.
Madison is around two hours from La Crosse.
River Valley Media Group publications include the La Crosse Tribune, Winona Daily News, Onalaska-Holmen Courier Life News, Tomah Journal & Monitor Herald, West Salem Coulee News, Foxxy Shoppers, Jackson County Chronicle, Vernon County Broadcaster, Westby Times and Houston County News.
