Inland Press Foundation elects board


Jeremy Halbreich of AIM Media has been elected president of the reorganized Inland Press Foundation.
Marc Wilson of TownNews was elected vice president. Tom Slaughter, the retiring executive director of the Inland Press Association, was elected secretary/treasurer.
Elected to the board were Scott Campbell of the Vancouver Colombian, David Holgate of Paxton Media, Joyce McCullough of Miller Group Media and Jim Sprung of The Villages Daily Sun.
The merger of the Inland Press Association and the Southern Newspaper Publishers Association was recently announced and the merged organization has taken the name America’s Newspapers. The foundations of both organizations have been spun out as independent organizations. Both foundations will continue to support the new association.
