• Twelve 11 Media has merged its operations with those of American Business Media, publishers of National Mortgage Professional magazine and NMP TV, National Mortgage Professional reported. Las Vegas-based Twelve 11 Media publishes Mortgage Banker magazine and Mortgage Women magazine.
• Kentucky Monthly magazine has acquired Kentucky Explorer, and Kentucky Explorer has put out its last issue, the State Journal (Frankfort) reported.
• Keith Pepper has bought Reporter Newspapers and parent company Springs Publishing (Sandy Springs, Georgia) from founder Steve Levene, Reporter Newspapers said.
• Morris Plains, New Jersey-based information tech firm CherryRoad Technologies has bought the Cook County News-Herald (Grand Marais, Minnesota) from Hal and Deidre Kettunen, the Star-Tribune reported.
• Clint Reilly Communications has bought San Francisco Examiner parent company the San Francisco Media Co. from Canada’s Black Press, the Examiner reported. The sale included SF Weekly.
• O’Rourke Media Group has bought RiverTown Multimedia, publisher of the Republican Eagle and Star-Observer, according to a story at rivertowns.net. Fargo-based Forum Communications Company was the seller.
