The Arena Group, the publisher behind brands like Sports Illustrated and TheStreet, has announced plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the anticipated symbol AREN.
At the same time the company is a planning a reverse stock split of its common stock and to officially change its name to The Arena Group Holdings Inc (it was previously known as theMaven Inc)
Sports Illustrated had an average circulation of 1,740,546 in the first half of 2021, making it one of the top 20 most read magazines in the US.
