The Claremont Courier is actively seeking a Night Crew Production Supervisor to oversee our nightly newspaper production process. If you have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Night Crew – Lead and direct the night production team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Sort & Organize Newspapers – Ensure newspapers are properly sorted and labeled for distribution.

Oversee Insertions – Supervise the correct placement of advertisements, supplements, and additional materials.

Monitor Inventory – Track and maintain supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

Ensure Safety & Quality – Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to meet the newspaper’s production standards.

Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues – Quickly identify and address any production-related concerns to keep operations running smoothly.

Maintain Reports – Keep detailed records of nightly production, tracking progress and identifying any operational issues.
