Another Piece Going....
Gooding & Company has been chosen to conduct the sale of the Otis Chandler Collection of classic automobiles, motorcycles and automotive memorabilia. The auction will take place October 21, 2006 at the Vintage Museum of Transportation and Wildlife in Oxnard, California. The collection encompasses approximately 50 classic cars, 40 vintage motorcycles, memorabilia, including an 1884 Baldwin Steam Locomotive. I think it's amazing that someone could amass such a collection. What impresses me is not necessarily all the stuff, but the singlemindedness it takes to put together such a collection.

ReplyDeleteI was aware of that Otis collected cars only. It's a shame when you pass on and you become something of a person you're things are sold.

I like Kanani have my own collection. I collect memories of moments or things I do for other people. Those cannot be sold or thrown away. When I go I will take them with me.
Probably not that hard to collect cars and stuff when you have the funds. Just think a rich basketball player like SHAQ can do the same with no buisness skills.WOW just think of that.BBALL does not impress me.Even A simple minded jock can doit. PEACE EVERYBODY
