Subject: A Message From Dean Baquet
Dear Colleague,
Over the last few weeks, my e-mail box has been filled up with ideas from staff members for improving the newspaper and the website. As you probably read in yesterday's New York Times, we've set up a committee to sift through those ideas and find others.
The members are Michalene Busico, Julie Bowles, Michelle Maltais, Marilyn Thompson, David Pierson, Vernon Loeb, Patrick Goldstein, Richard Rushfield and Aaron Curtiss. They will be assisted by three reporters: Christian Miller, Chris Gaiter and Glenn Bunting, who will search out and investigate promising innovations across the country and abroad. Marc Duvoisin will help guide the effort.
Please feel free to share your thoughts, suggestions and inspirations with the committee members. Call them, talk to them or send an e-mail to LAT IDEAS
Dean
