Taking The Tiller To Heart And Hand

A few times a week, I go to yoga, where I practice the sublimation of who I think I am and grapple with what I can or cannot do. I've learned not to get upset if I stumble sideways, or if I'm pointing west and the rest of the class is cruising east. It happens. Any discovery, be it a strength or a limitation is a wonderful thing to be aware of and helps me accept who I am.
