Ok folks here we go ( again )I and others are finding it difficult to understand the silence with this president regarding the Syrian situation, after all with Bush all of you ( and you know who you are wink wink )guys & gals were hooting and hollering for his head ( believe me I was no fan of Bush myself,now for this Constutional Law Professor from Chicago University not too understand the War Powers Act makes one think that their is something else in the mix ( go google or Bing and look it up )
