January 25, 2007 We were advised today that a hearing will be conducted on four of the five objections the Company filed with respect to the Union election. If any of the objections are sustained a second (“re-run”) election will be held. The hearing is likely to be held the week of February 5 and we cannot estimate how soon thereafter the Regional Director will issue her opinion. Either party may appeal the Regional Director’s decision to the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C.

My guess is the union wouldnt want another election after their over whelming mandate of 52 percent in the election !!
