LOS ANGELES, Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Los Angeles Times Media Group today announced two editorial appointments to reinforce the company's print and Web integration strategy. Meredith Artley, Paris-based digital development director of the New York Times Co.'s International Herald Tribune (IHT) and former associate editor of NYTimes.com, will lead The Times' online newsroom and manage the day-to-day editorial operations in the newly created position of Executive Editor, latimes.com. She will oversee an expansion of the staff and redesign of the website as well as play a key role in integrating The Times' print and online resources.
