My Choice of Weapons Photo Exhibit
Started a new face book page promoting my upcoming photo exhibit the
exhibit will open April 14 at the African American museum of art located
at 4005 Crenshaw Blvd on the third floor of Macy’s it will feature
between 50 and 60 photos from a 24 year photo journalism career in Los
Angeles and throughout the nation.
It will be an historic
photo exhibit of major historical proportions. One of the features of
the photo exhibit will be images that I captured of five United States
presidents! I am the only Black Press photo/journalist in America to
have been in the press pools of five United States presidents. I was
also the photographer for the day for three of them.
Go to the page and like it every 100th person to like the page after
the photo exhibit opens will receive an autographed 16 X20 print of your
choice with a certificate of authenticity of one of the historical
images on display. You will be notified if you are a winner.
The
historical photos will also be available for purchase all proceeds from
the sales of prints go to continue the operation of the museum and to
purchase and provide equipment for my students at (MPJI) Minority
Photo/Journalism Institute.
