After two Los Angeles City Councilmen made a motion, that would effectively ban the feeding of the homeless throughout Los Angeles, Monday Night Mission founder Mel Tillekeratne created a protest. The LAPD is to be commended for a job well done, all officers involved were extremely helpful and non threatening.
