Last night the Blogging Pressman was invited to a party held in Rancho Cucamonga for Ron Doer's daughter's birthday party. We we're treated to a live band called The Highland Band, with the lead singer Alex from the Los Angeles Times Mailroom. Two weeks ago today I was invited to a battle of the bands contest at Kil Kenny's in Redondo Beach, the Band Chasom caught my attention with the drummers ten year old son singing with the group. Their music is a mix of rock and rap at a very energetic pace. Visit their webpage here.
