Yes, I'm aware of the more important ones like discrimination based on a federally protected status, California Family Leave...

Also, I am not an indentured servant and have the right to quit any job, anytime I choose. More importantly, I have freedom to learn any trade and the gumption to make it happen.

Agreed "anonymous"...why should you sacrifice family for job...
