Shift/Hours:
Monday-Friday
3rd Shift: 6pm-4am
Job Duties Include:
- Managing a team of 15 people on night shift
- Conducting employee reviews
- Flexibility to cover supervisors as needed
- Setting quality goals and run speed goals for production
- Maintaining schedules for on time deliveries
- Ensuring all jobs are accurate before leaving the facility
- Conducting proper equipment training for employees
- Communicating with Press Supervisors on quality checks
- Ensuring employees follow safety program and guidelines
- Following company policy and hand book
Qualifications
Experience/familiarity with the following machinery is preferred:
- Stitching machines –300 & Brovo Muller Martini
- Inserting machines – Goss 632 & Muller Alphaliner
- Mail Line – Miracom Inkjetting
Climate controlled indoor production environment. Must be able to reach office in all weather conditions.
