This is a great idea. Thank you for doing this. It has inspired me to be more respectful of others. It is so true that performance improves in the midst of mutual respect. I hope we get to a point where we all mutually respect each other. We certainly don't need a union to get us there. If we just take the time to listen and hear each other out we could get there faster.
