We had a very unusual experience in the pressroom this afternoon; many of us were given an apology. After speaking with several colleagues, they revealed they had also received an apology, and all of us were stunned by this action.
To the person giving the apologies, thank you and apology accepted by all concerned.

it must be nice to get an apology. For us in the service shops, all we get are more threats.
