I learned the sad news that John Pairman (68) passed a few weeks ago, with no further information available at this time. John worked as an electro-tech at the shuttered Los Angeles Times San Fernando production facility. Finished his newspaper career at the Olympic production facility. He was a very jovial person, and wore a smile most of the time. He will be missed by his family and friends.
