Pressroom Supervisor (Downtown LA) The Pressroom Supervisor is responsible for and maintains efficient operation of the pressroom and plateroom. · Supervises daily schedule of press runs to meet edition deadlines. Make up and alternates crews to cover daily operations. Makes sure crews are fully staffed; · Assures the work environment is safe and all employees are performing duties in a safe and appropriate manner; · Maintains quality assurance throughout entire production process; · Responsible for a timely and comprehensive performance management program; · Dedicates effort to training and development of employees.
