Media giant Tribune Company, will sell two small Connecticut newspapers to Gannett Company Inc. for more than sixty-five million dollars, according to the Washington Post today.
Today's story comes as Tribune ponders its options including asset sales or going private. The Chandler Trusts has urged the company to break itself up or consider selling the company.
