TOMORROW LAST DAY TO APPLY FOR LA Teen Summer Jobs

Applications are now being accepted for jobs this summer with the Summer Night Lights Program. If you know of any Youths who would be interested, please forward this information to them. Please see the email below and the attachments for more information.

On behalf of Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa's Office of Gang Reduction and Youth Development (GRYD), we would like inform you about youth employment opportunities with the Summer Night Lights program this summer.

We are currently accepting applications for the Youth Squad position. Summer Night Lights is a summer violence reduction strategy that focuses on implementing positive activities at recreation centers to curtail increases in violence during the summer. Attached you will find a document with additional details regarding the application process as well as the job descriptions.

The deadline to submit applications is May 10th, 2013 by 5:00 pm.
