Pioneer selling papers, print facilities: The sale will include 22 daily and weekly newspapers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Utah along with newspaper and commercial print facilities, various shoppers and websites. The sale is expected to be finalized Nov. 1. Terms were not disclosed. Cribb, Greene & Cope represented Pioneer News Group in the transaction.
