Hey Ed, what happened down in OC Saturday night. I hear they didn't print a paper. That might be something that people that read a "pressmens blog" might want to hear about.
The LA Times Grapevine has different versions of what brought down the Orange County Pressroom Saturday night. (1) Water main burst, flooding the transformer that steps down the power to the plant. (2) The on site generators would not start. (3) And plate making was unable to produce plates.
Since you work there, which was the reason no newspapers were produced Saturday night in Orange County?
Be careful, your making some assumptions.......... and you know what that means!
