Last Saturday night I witnessed a charity event at Maloof Racing, with the proceeds used to feed the homeless of skid row Los Angeles, every city in America has a skid row. I was pleased to learn the donations would be used the following day, and assumed this was a one time event until Sammy shared they do this food give away every Sunday in front of Lamp Village, located at 526 Crocker Street.
I have heard there are over 50,000 homeless living on the streets of Los Angeles, if you would like to help these fellow Americans call 626.286.1083 and ask Maloof Racing what they need, cash, food, or your time.
